Assessment Report Highlights

Written in accordance with CANADIAN NATIONAL INSTRUMENT 43-101 STANDARDS OF DISCLOSURE FOR MINERAL PROJECTS

Of the 32 diamond drill holes completed to date on the A25 Prospect, 16 of these holes intersected gold values above 1 g/t.
Gold skarns
Gold skarns showing above the A25 Portal

From these 16 diamond drill holes, 7 holes intersected gold values ranging from 15.5 grams/tonne up to 310 grams/tonne over widths of two meters.

Five of the seven better intersections lie in a plane which correlates well with the gold soil anomalies. The gold soil anomalies extend off the A25 magnetic anomaly.

With the mineralized zones, existing exploration data, good road access, and good exploration potential, the author believes the A25 Gold Project is a worthy mineral exploration target.

The A25, Hiller 25, Zeb 1-12, Whitedome is located on Vancouver Island approximately 15 km northwest of the Village of Zeballos. The A25, Hiller 25, Zeb 1-12, Whitedome comprises an area totaling approximately 1,000 hectares. Reports on the property have been filed in accordance with National Instrument 43-101.

Falconbridge Limited previously worked the property until the late 1980’s, conducting exploration, mapping, drilling, and magneto-meter surveys in search of iron deposits and gold quartz veins.

Falconbridge terminated the exploration program in 1989 due to low gold prices at the time.

Falconbridge Highlights

Falconbridge Limited explored the Mineral Claims over a 25 year period, initially for iron skarns and later for gold. In 1984, a band consisting of 9 separate gold/magnetite-rich occurrences was found. The occurrences extend from the A25 Prospect southeast for about 8 kilometers to the Zeballos area.

Later that same year, Falconbridge Limited took 124 chip samples that showed gold results at a number of locations. 22 diamond drill holes were completed totaling 1,531.58 meters (5,023.58ft). Historical values in excess of 15.5 grams per tonne gold were found in holes 1, 7, 17 and 20.

In 1985, the property was trenched & mapped. 10 fill-in diamond drill holes were completed totaling 957 meters (3,138.96ft). The best intersection was hole H85-24, in which returned an assay of 310 grams per tonne gold over 2m.

Records show that, of the 32 diamond drill holes completed to date, 16 intersected gold mineralization and of those, 7 diamond drill holes returned assays from core samples ranging from 15.5 grams to 310 grams per tonne gold.

Footwall Exploration Highlights

Falconbridge Limited began a joint venture with Footwall Exploration Ltd. with the intent to take the property into full production. Exploration discontinued in 1989, due to low gold prices at that time. Footwall Exploration’s 1988 underground exploration and evaluation program confirmed previous high grade assays from diamond drill hole H85-24. Core samples taken 41-49 feet below the surface returned these historical values:

  • From 0 ft. to 4 ft. = 22.58 oz Gold per tonne
  • From 4 ft. to 8 ft. = 10.38 oz Gold per tonne
  • For an average of: 16.58 oz Gold per tonne

2011 Sampling Program

A25, Hiller 25, Zeb 1-12, Whitedome
Horst Klassen Exploring the A25 Property

In 2011, a roadside soil geochemistry program was carried out along the north sector of the property. This work was centered on the A25, Hiller 25, Zeb 1-12, Whitedome and Esperanza mineral occurrences. A total of 280 soil, 5 silt and one rock sample were collected.

2020 - 2021 Phase One Exploration and Development Program on the A25, Hiller 25, Zeb 1-12, Whitedome

In 2020 and 2021, North American Gold and Silver Mining Ltd., will conduct a Phase 1 Exploration and Development Program inside and around the Portal of the A25, Hiller 25, Zeb 1-12, Whitedome, with the objective of opening the A25, Hiller 25, Zeb 1-12, Whitedome to locate and sample the initial 22 Falconbridge Drill Holes from 1984 and 1985 as well as the 10 Footwall Exploration Drill Holes from 1988 and 1989.

The Phase One Exploration and Development Program will be completed in two tiers, requiring several field specialists including, but not limited to a geologist and assistant, an Engineer and assistant, a contracted company to assess and complete any necessary rehabilitation of the road leading to the A25, Hiller 25, Zeb 1-12, Whitedome and, a contracted company to construct and install a custom security steel door outside the adit of the A25, Hiller 25, Zeb 1-12, Whitedome.

An initial property visit will be required to survey the road leading to the adit and determine the extent of the maintenance required to complete rehabilitation of road. Measurements for the steel door will also be taken at this time.

After the initial property assessment visit, the first tier of the 2020 - 2021 Exploration and Development Program will consist of any necessary rehabilitation of the road leading to the A25, Hiller 25, Zeb 1-12, Whitedome, followed by the removal of all debris currently blocking the entrance to the A25 Portal. A custom steel security door will be transported to the property and installed outside of the A25 adit to prevent unlawful entry.

The second tier of the 2020 - 2021 Exploration and Development Program will consist of locating and recording (GPS) the 22 historic Falconbridge drill holes and the 10 historic Footwall Exploration drill holes located inside of the A25, Hiller 25, Zeb 1-12, Whitedome. Samples will be taken from each of the 32 total recovered diamond drill holes and the samples will be submitted for analysis to an accredited laboratory.

Upon the return of the sample results, an Assessment Report will be written and submitted to the Government of British Columbia for record of the completion of the Phase One Exploration and Development Program on the A25, Hiller 25, Zeb 1-12, Whitedome.
